Enrico Passuello

Enrico Passuello has extensive work experience in supply chain management and planning roles. Enrico is currently the Head of Supply Planning & Execution at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director, Global NPI & Strategic Planning Lead at the same company.

Before joining Idorsia Pharmaceuticals, Enrico worked at Roche for over 10 years. During their tenure, they served as a Product Supply Chain Leader and successfully managed the divestment of two products worth 500 million in sales. Enrico was also involved in supply chain process improvements, new product introductions, and inventory optimization. In addition, they negotiated for the reduction of minimum purchasing quantity and successfully avoided write-offs without penalties. Enrico also held the role of Supply Chain Logistics Manager at Roche UAE and worked on an operational planning project.

Prior to Roche, Enrico worked at Merck Serono as a Supply Planning Manager for NDD and Fertility BUs. Enrico had global planning responsibilities for finished products, drug products, and active ingredients. Enrico was also in charge of inventory optimization and reduction for the assigned business units.

Enrico's early work experience includes a role at Novartis Pharma as a Brand Pipeline Manager, where they were responsible for global supply chain representation and optimization projects. Enrico also worked at Serono as a Corporate Demand Planner, Production Planner, and Logistics Administrator, gaining expertise in demand planning, process design, new product introduction, and supply chain integration.

Overall, Enrico Passuello has a strong background in supply chain management and strategic planning, with a focus on inventory optimization, divestment, and process improvements.

Enrico Passuello has a diverse education history. In 1998, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in economiste d'entreprise from EHL. In 2005, Enrico received a CPIM degree from the American Society of Production and Inventory, specializing in Supply Chain. Enrico then pursued an Executive MBA in Management of Technology from EPFL from 2015 to 2016. In the same period, Enrico also obtained a Certificate of Advanced Study in Biotech and Meditech from EPFL. Additionally, they hold a certification in CPIM from APICS.
