Srishti Gupta

Srishti Gupta is a Member of the Board of Directors at Idorsia. Prior to that, they were an Instructor at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Global Director of Alumni Strategy and Engagement at McKinsey & Company. Srishti has also worked as a Senior Expert for over 10 years in Global Health, serving a range of international clients including foundations, ministries of health and the private sector on global health. Srishti has helped launch and shape major public health efforts in vaccines, family planning, HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis. Srishti has worked as a physician and public health consultant in diverse market contexts including the United States, Peru, Tanzania, India, Botswana, and Indonesia.

Srishti Gupta attended Harvard Medical School, Harvard Kennedy School, and Harvard University. Srishti earned their MPP in Development Economics and International Development, their Master of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and their BA in Biochemistry. Srishti also has a certification from the NACD in NACD Directorship Certification.

Srishti Gupta reports to Jean-Paul Clozel, CEO. They are on a team with Stefan Abele - SVP, Head of Chemical Development & Commercial Manufacturing, André C. Muller - EVP, CFO, and Andrew C. Weiss - SVP, Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications.
