Bharat Upadhyay is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Principal Engineering Manager at Idox plc since November 2025, Bharat previously held the position of Head of Development at NEC Software Solutions from September 2020 to November 2025, where leadership spanned a team of 66 members across the UK and India and involved the customization of Azure DevOps to improve delivery metrics.
