Jack Wheeler is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and managed services. Since May 2016, Jack has been working as a 1st Tier Managed Services Analyst at Idox plc, following a brief tenure as a 24 Ops technician at Fujitsu from January 2016 to May 2016. Prior to that, Jack gained valuable experience as a Technical Support representative at Point to Point from July 2014 to November 2015. Jack holds a GCSE degree from Waingels College, having completed studies there from 2008 to 2014.
