Kailash Maisekar

Kailash Maisekar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading operations and establishing Global Capability Centers in India. Currently serving as Country Director for Idox plc since October 2020, Kailash has been instrumental in setting up and managing a Global Capability Center for IT, Product Development, and various support services. Previous roles include Head of India Operations at Idox, where Kailash facilitated the integration of acquired companies, and Director of India & APAC Operations at both aiDataWorks and Eccella Corporation, focusing on IT captives and managed services. Prior to these positions, Kailash held the role of Director of India Operations at Medline Industries, overseeing IT captive services for the health tech sector. With an M.B.A. in Strategy and IS from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and certification in corporate governance from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Kailash brings a robust educational background to their leadership roles.
