Hemant Bhardwaj

Hemant Bhardwaj has a diverse background in operations and supply chain management. Hemant started their career in 2001 as an Executive of Operations at OM Logsitcs Limited. From there, they moved to Safexpress Private Limited, where they worked as an Assistant Manager of Business Supply Chain from 2003 to 2006. In 2007, Hemant joined both Kuehne + Nagel as a Supply Chain & Network Engineer and Aditya Birla Retail Limited as a Deputy Manager of Supply Chain. Hemant then transitioned to DHL Supply Chain in 2010, where they served as a Manager of Supply Chain Operations until 2014. Since 2014, Hemant has been with IDP Education Ltd, first as an Area Operations Manager, then as the Head of IELTS Operations for South, East, and West India, and currently as an Associate Director for IELTS Operations in the same region.

Hemant Bhardwaj holds a PGDBA degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, obtained from 2003 to 2005. Hemant also has a Diploma in Multi-modal Transport & Logistics Management from the Institute of Rail Transport, completed from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they earned a B.A degree in Foreign Trade from Delhi University, completed from 1998 to 2001. Hemant Bhardwaj has also received certifications such as the CEO's Award Leadership Impact from IDP Education Ltd in 2023 and 2021, as well as the certification in Leading High-Performing Teams from edX in 2021.
