Rosie Gude

Rosie Gude has extensive experience in the field of cyber security and change management. Rosie has held roles in various companies, including IDP Education Ltd, Healthscope, AusNet Services, TasNetworks, Aurora Energy, Transend Networks, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited. In these roles, they have developed and delivered training and communication plans for cyber security, implemented frameworks to track and report skills and cultural development, and reduced cyber risks through training and awareness programs. Rosie has also been involved in driving organizational change, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Rosie has a strong background in environmental management as well, including obtaining permits, coordinating environmental responses, and promoting sustainable practices. Rosie has experience in auditing financial performance and coaching junior staff as well.

Rosie Gude has a diverse education history. Rosie holds a Graduate Diploma of Environmental Planning from the University of Tasmania and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne. Rosie also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology/Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, Rosie obtained a Graduate Diploma of Environmental Studies in Environmental and Sustainability Management from the University of Tasmania.

In terms of additional certifications, Rosie completed a Certificate IV in On-Site Environmental Management from Absorb Training. Rosie also attended the Leadership and Relationship Development Program at Impact Solutions International and became a Lead Auditor in Environmental Management Systems through SAI Global. Rosie pursued further education at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in the field of Route Selection Considerations for Overhead Transmission Lines.

Furthermore, Rosie obtained several certifications including being a Proofpoint Certified Security Awareness Specialist, a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® Method, completing a course on Building a Cybersecurity Awareness Program, studying Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy at RMIT University, and participating in the Generative AI for Business Leaders course on LinkedIn. Rosie also completed the Women Rising Leadership Program, obtained a certificate known as Elephant Rider | Certificate of Practice from The Emotional Culture Deck, and became a Change Management Practitioner through Prosci.
