Syed Aswath

Syed Aswath is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Sr. Regional Lead - Px Business Partner at IDP Education Ltd since January 2022, focusing on PX Business Partnering in South India. Previously, Syed held various leadership roles at Risland India, including General Manager - HRBP and Deputy General Manager - HR, where expertise in crafting and executing HR strategies and policy development was demonstrated. At CBRE Asia Pacific, Syed oversaw strategic talent acquisition, successfully recruiting over 1,150 professionals while managing end-to-end processes. Earlier experience includes talent acquisition management at KMC Construction Limited. Educational qualifications comprise a PGDM in HR from the Institute of Public Enterprise and a B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Narayana Engineering College.
