Alejandro Aivar Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in expert network operations and account management across global markets. As the Partner and Managing Director at IDR since February 2020, Alejandro has led the firm in serving prominent organizations spanning various sectors. Prior to founding IDR, Alejandro managed operations in Japan and the USA for Atheneum, delivering significant growth and training initiatives across multiple international hubs. Alejandro achieved recognition as a top-performing Account Manager in 2018 and excelled as Team Lead in 2017. Alejandro's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, as well as degrees in International Trade and Aviation-ATPL from Universitat Rovira i Virgili and CESDA, respectively.
