Sandeep Arya

Sandeep Arya is the current Product Marketing Manager at iDream Career. Sandeep has over 7 years of experience in project and service delivery management. Prior to joining iDream Career, Sandeep worked as a Project and Service Delivery Line Manager at Ericsson for over 7 years. There, they were responsible for driving the resolution of critical incidents within specified SLAs, producing management information and KPIs, monitoring the effectiveness of incident management, and initiating the problem-solving process for problems identified by Incident Management. Sandeep is extremely experienced in managing teams of 20+ resources from different domains and has a proven track record of successfully fulfilling KPIs and SLAs related to network surveillance, fault management, and events taking place on the network. Sandeep has also been successful in setting up monthly performance review meetings with internal customers and ensuring high motivation levels among team members.
