Anna Sudakova

Anna Sudakova is currently a Lead in Red Team at ID R&D since May 2023 and has a diverse professional background in technical support, translation, and legal assistance. Prior to ID R&D, Anna served as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Simple App, resolving payment disputes and providing customer support for various payment systems. Earlier roles include Leading Support Specialist at IQ Option Europe LTD, where Anna delivered technical support through multiple channels, and Italian Language Freelance Translator at ABBYY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS, specializing in marketing translations. Additionally, Anna gained experience as a Patent Attorney Assistant and a Paralegal, conducting legal research and drafting documents, alongside experience as a Translator and Editor for legal documents at TransLink Translation Agency. Anna holds a degree from the Saint Petersburg Institute of Management and Law and has additional education from Ivanovo State University and Bowie High School.
