Brenda Mana

Brenda Mana has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brenda is currently the Director of Product Management at ID R&D, a leading company in the Biometrics industry. Prior to this, Brenda served as an Advisory Board Member at Yoover.com and Ink Lites. Brenda also founded and served as the CEO of Atexto, where they successfully managed a team of 15 direct reports and developed a code-free platform for AI and ML speech recognition.

Before Atexto, Brenda worked as the Principal Product Manager at Medallia, where they pioneered the development of the "Contact Center" offering and expanded global operations. Brenda achieved significant growth and innovated API integration for customers.

Brenda also has experience as a Product Leader at the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization, a Senior Technical Project Manager at Intermedia, and a Policy Advisor at GSMA Latin America. Brenda started their career as a Financial Planning & Analysis Regional Manager at Avaya and as a Functional Senior Analyst at Accenture Technology Solutions.

Brenda Mana holds a Master's degree in Administration of Technology & Telecommunications Services from Universidad de 'San Andrés' in Buenos Aires. Brenda also has a Licenciatura en Economía (Bachelor's degree in Economics) from the University of Buenos Aires. In terms of additional certifications, Brenda has obtained various qualifications related to AI, product management, and business innovation from LinkedIn and other institutions. Brenda has also completed entrepreneurial programs through Start-Up Chile and 500 Startups. Additionally, Brenda has earned a TOEFL iBT certification in 2015.
