Debra L. Mazaik

Debra L. Mazaik has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Debra L. currently holds the position of Vice President, Pharmaceutical Sciences at IDRx, starting in September 2022. Before that, they worked at Blueprint Medicines, where they served as Sr. Director from June 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Director, Formulation Sciences from February 2019 to June 2021, and Associate Director, Formulation Sciences from April 2016 to February 2019.

Debra also has a significant tenure at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Sr. Scientist from 2004 to April 2016. Their career began at Armstrong Pharmaceuticals, where they served as a Research Scientist from March 2002 to May 2004.

Debra L. Mazaik earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Sacred Heart University. Debra L. then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Pharmaceutics from the University of Arizona, which they completed in 2001.
