Adam Dagan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam is currently the Head of Sales at AbbaDox, a position they started in December 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Member at Pavilion from March 2022 to March 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Adam worked at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, where they held various roles. Adam was the Commercial Strategy Manager - East Region from February 2021 to December 2021. In addition to their formal education, Adam has also earned several certifications. Adam obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in November 2019. In September 2018, they received the Level 1 Award from The Court of Master Sommeliers. Adam also holds the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines And Spirits and the WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits, which they obtained in March 2018 and August 2017, respectively.

Furthermore, they achieved the Level 1 Award in Sake from the WSET in December 2016. In April 2016, Adam obtained the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the American National Standards Institute. Adam also completed the Food Safety First Principles certification from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) in the same month. Lastly, in October 2015, they became a certified Responsible Alcohol Server through the Responsible Vendor Server Training program.
