Pamela Díaz Abarca

Pamela Díaz Abarca is an experienced professional in sustainability and demand planning, currently serving as an ESG Product Development Intern at IDS GmbH since April 2023. Previously, Pamela worked at Procter & Gamble from June 2016 to September 2021, holding positions as Market Demand Planner Head and Market Demand Planner, where responsibilities included demand forecasting and inventory coordination for major product categories. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at ARAUCO, focusing on cellulose production process improvements, as well as positions involving research at the Centro de Genomica y Bioinformática and Austral Biotech S.A. Pamela holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich and a degree in Biotechnology Engineering specializing in Process Engineering from Universidad de Chile.
