Shivani Negi

Shivani Negi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at IDS Infotech Limited since January 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing employee life cycle management, payroll administration, talent development, and driving change management initiatives, along with HR analytics and MIS reporting. Prior to this role, Shivani worked as a Senior Manager at Spice Digital/Spice Money from September 2006 to July 2019, managing end-to-end HR operations.
