Mark Michalowski is vice president, planning and pricing, at IDS International. In this role, he manages the company budget and long-term financial goals, develops pricing solutions for proposals and sales efforts, and works alongside the IDS leadership team to develop and implement corporate strategy.
Michalowski brings more than twenty-five years of experience working in the satellite communications and government contracting industry, where he has led and supported solutions for US government military and civil agency clients. Before joining IDS, he served as chief financial officer for the Institute for Physical Sciences, directing financial operations and business planning. Prior to that, Michalowski was head of finance and accounting for Intelsat General Corporation, where he oversaw financial planning, accounting, and analysis, and supported business development functions. Before joining Intelsat General Corporation, he served in several financial management positions with COMSAT (acquired by Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications) and Arthur Andersen & Company.
Michalowski has a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University and an MBA degree in finance from New York University.
