Noah Melgar

Noah Melgar is a seasoned national security expert with over a decade of experience in the Department of Defense and defense industry, currently serving as President and Vice Chairman at IDS International in the Cyber and Information Warfare sector since February 2012. Noah Melgar has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Vice Chairman and Co-Founder, Vice President, and Director of Cyber and Social Media. Complementing this experience, Noah Melgar has contributed as a consultant and trainer in various capacities, including as an OSINT Analyst Instructor for IBM Watson and the Human Terrain Analysis System for CENTCOM, and has served as an Advisor with TigerSwan, focusing on strategic development in Kandahar. Alongside professional endeavors, Noah Melgar is an investor and Brand Ambassador for Chacho Spirits and Bar in Washington, DC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics from the University of Kentucky, additional training in International Economics from the University of Maejo in Thailand, and advanced coursework at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
