Cyd Marindo

Cyd Marindo is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. Property Manager at IDS Real Estate Group since October 2022, Cyd has previously held the position of Commercial Property Manager at Anchor Health Properties and has accumulated significant expertise as Property Manager at Colliers International, Assistant Property Manager at The CIM Group, and various roles at Douglas Emmett and 3D Investments. Cyd began a career in property management in 2000 after a tenure at Citibank and IBM. Cyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, Psychology from Miriam College and a California Real Estate Salesperson license from the University of Phoenix.
