Nerses Aposhian

Nerses Aposhian is the Director of Acquisitions at IDS Real Estate Group, where he leads the firm's acquisition team, handles acquisition approval documents, acquires investments totaling over $475 million, and assists with leasing efforts of industrial spaces. He is also an Associate at C&E Merdinian Armenian Evangelical School and Chairman of the Board of Directors. In addition, he is a Co-Host + Co-Founder of The Founder Hour podcast show and Chief Advisor at KORAI, where he supports his wife in various tasks. Nerses previously worked as an Associate at The Lew Firm, APC, assisting with business planning and consulting hospitality business owners. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from the University of Southern California and a Doctor of Law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
