Oksana Tkachuk

Oksana Tkachuk currently serves as the Marketing and Trade Marketing Director/CMO at IDS Ukraine, overseeing export strategy and market entry across various regions including the USA, Canada, EU, and Middle East. Previous roles include Global Marketing Director at Biosphere Corporation and Country Manager at Perfetti Van Melle, where Oksana contributed to long-term strategies and commercial planning. Earlier experience includes marketing management at Philip Morris International, Senior Brand Manager at Johnson & Johnson, and Brand Manager at Colgate Palmolive. Oksana holds multiple advanced degrees in Leadership and Management from Arizona State University and Thunderbird School of Global Management, as well as a Master's in Business Administration from American University Kyiv. Oksana also completed training at the Center of Creative Leadership.
