Nicola Mitton

Nicola Mitton has over 25 years of HR experience, starting as a HR Officer at Black & Decker in 1995. Nicola then worked as an HR Manager at NSK from 2002 to 2010. Following that, they served as the Group HR Manager at Cumbrian Seafoods Limited until 2011. Nicola was the HR Director at GEMS Global Resources Nigeria from 2011 to 2012, and currently, they are the Group HR Director at Immunodiagnostic Systems (IDS) since 2013. Nicola has extensive experience in setting HR strategy, standardizing operational HR activities, and establishing HR functions within companies across different industries and locations.

Nicola Mitton (FCIPD) completed an HNC in Business & Finance from Bishop Auckland College in 1999. Nicola went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Teesside University in 2002. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Coaching for Organisational Excellence from the University of Sunderland, which they completed in 2010. Along the way, they also gained Counselling Skills Level 2 from Bishop Auckland College in 2008 and attended a course on Exploring Psychology at Teesside University in 2007.
