Andrey was born and raised in Siberia, Russia. He graduated with a Masters in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business and Information Systems. He has lived in New Orleans for 20+ years. Andrey received the Top 20 Database Administrators in the World Award and Top 5 Database Administrators in the U.S. Award from BrainBench.

As the CTO of IDScan.net, he has implemented complex web based field time solutions for major oil and gas companies.
