Resolving all clients’ issues, Shubhendu is responsible for monitoring any difficulties faced by clients and sets the processes to address those issues. He works to streamline internal operations for proactive deliverance of client requirements. Shubhendu has been an active part of the foundation team of technical support system and services and is a key contributor in providing excellent client service and upholding client relations.
Shubhendu headed enterprise implementations in several hospitality chains across major parts of Eastern India and South-Eastern Asian countries like Bangladesh, Bhutan, etc. For his dedicated performance, Shubhendu has been nominated for the Star Performance Award several times.
