Chas Kvalo

Chas Kvalo has extensive experience in customer service operations management, currently leading teams at IDT Corporation since July 2005, where responsibilities include talent development and succession planning. Previously served as Lead Project Coordinator at Castleton Meadow, LLC from May 2020 to December 2024, focusing on residential subdivision development and legal and financial coordination. Earlier roles included Contact Center Manager and Client Relations Manager at ADP, overseeing nationwide HR, payroll, and software support operations, as well as positions at Nortel Networks as Account Executive and Marketing Supervisor, and as Sales Representative at Eakins Open Systems.
