Karime Salomón Zárate

Karime Salomón Zárate has a strong background in quality engineering and automation. They currently hold the role of Director of Quality Engineering at IDT Corporation, where they lead and train QA teams and implement strategic initiatives to optimize QA and release processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Assurance & Automation Consultant. They also served as a Software Test Automation Manager and Software Quality Engineer Lead at Jalasoft, where they were responsible for managing automation and ensuring software quality. Additionally, Karime has experience as a professor and trainer for test automation, as well as a software quality assurance engineer. They have a degree in IT Engineering from Universidad Mayor, Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuqusiaca.

Karime Salomón Zárate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Mayor, Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuqusiaca, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Karime also pursued a postgraduate program in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the same university from 2009 to 2010. Karime has additional certifications in Generative AI Fundamentals from Google and various fundamentals certifications in Database Administration, Security, Networking, and Windows Server Administration, all obtained from Microsoft.
