Amela Melkic

Amela Melkic serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at IDV AG Individuelle Softwarelösungen since October 2022, while also contributing as a volunteer for the Referat für Bildung und Sport, engaging in linguistic and intercultural mediation for parent-teacher meetings. Prior experience includes teaching and leading the Bosnian School at Hilfe von Mensch zu Mensch e.V. and serving as Education Manager at the Center for Education and Research "NAHLA," where Amela developed and coordinated numerous adult education programs and led a team of 35 across multiple cities. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Islamic Banking from The University of Bolton and a Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Studies. Additionally, Amela has experience as a youth leader focused on interfaith dialogue and has completed internships at Bosna Bank International, dealing with internal and external payments and account management.
