Tinisha O. has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tinisha has most recently worked as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at IE Hub, where they support marketing initiatives and coordinates marketing and community events. Prior to that, they were a Marketing Communications Executive at IE Hub, where they helped develop and implement communications plans, created digital content, and managed media opportunities. Tinisha also has experience as a Marketing and Sales Executive, where they contributed to marketing strategies and conducted market research.

Before joining IE Hub, Tinisha worked as a Fresher's Week Organiser at Newcastle University Students' Union, where they developed and implemented activities to help new students form social groups and promoted Freshers' Week.
