Heather Flynn

Heather Flynn is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Manager of MS&T - Downstream at iECURE, inc. since August 2025. With a strong background in downstream process development, Heather has worked at Rocket Pharmaceuticals from March 2022 to August 2025 as a Scientist and previously as a Senior Associate Scientist, focusing on AAV gene therapy platforms. Earlier roles include Senior Process Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company, providing online engineering support for multi-product API manufacturing, and various engineering internships at Praxair, Inc. and Fibrocell Science. Heather holds a Master's degree in Business and Science with a focus on Engineering Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
