Dawn Melley

Dawn Melley serves as the Senior Director of Publishing Operations at IEEE since September 2000, overseeing a team of over 115 publishing professionals and managing services for 203 of the organization's 216 periodicals, including notable titles such as IEEE Spectrum and IEEE Access. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Periodicals Editorial Services at Marquis Who's Who and Editorial Director at RIAG. Dawn Melley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University at Albany, completed between 1982 and 1986.
