Francine Demeno

Francine DeMeno, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning several companies. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Management at IEEE since July 2013, Francine oversees recruitment processes and employment strategies. Previously, Francine held various roles, including HR Consultant at INSURANCE OVERLOAD and Contract Consultant/Recruiter at Philadelphia Insurance Company. Notable experience includes serving as AVP of Employee Relations and Human Resources at Reliance Insurance for over a decade, where Francine managed HR services for over 1,000 employees. Francine also worked at Public Service Mutual as an HR Generalist, focusing on talent management and employee relations.
