Dr. Jianhui Wang is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Southern Methodist University and a Fellow of IEEE. Currently holding the Mary and Richard Templeton Centennial Chair, Dr. Wang leads numerous research projects focused on energy, including smart grids and grid resilience. With over 300 publications and an h-index of 81, Dr. Wang has made significant contributions to the field, earning accolades such as the IEEE PES Power System Operation Committee Prize Paper Award. Previously, Dr. Wang held positions at institutions including Auburn University and Argonne National Laboratory, and served as the Editor-in-Chief for IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid.
