Joseph F. Toscano

Joseph F. Toscano, CPPM, has extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as Director of Procurement & Contract Management at IEEE since February 2005, where responsibilities include leading and developing procurement functions organization-wide. Prior to this role, Toscano worked as a Project Manager/Technical Purchasing Agent at ABB Lummus Heat Transfer, managing international projects in the ethylene industry, and as a Technical Buyer/Contract Administrator at Washington Group International, Inc., overseeing procurement for major transit projects. Earlier positions include Technical Buyer at Amerada Hess Corporation, focusing on procurement for refinery operations. Toscano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Science from The College of New Jersey.
