Marissa Lentini-Mitchell is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the marketing and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Compliance Manager at IEEE since October 2025, Marissa previously held the position of Sports Betting and Gaming Compliance Analyst at BetMGM from March 2021 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing compliance for trading and marketing activities and interfacing with regulators across various states. Prior to BetMGM, Marissa worked as a Compliance Analyst at Stone Harbor Investment Partners from April 2013 to February 2021, focusing on regulatory adherence, fair value assessments, and client communication. Marissa's career began at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, functioning as a Paralegal/Vendor Liaison from February 2010 to March 2013, and included a brief tenure at Credit Suisse in 2009.
