Mary Lou Padgett

Mary Lou Padgett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of Neural Networks, having been involved with IEEE since 1990, serving as a Life Senior Member, Life Member, and Member. In addition to contributions to the IEEE Computer Society and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, Padgett has collaborated as a guest researcher at KTH from 1990 to 2005. Padgett has also been active in volunteer activities within IEEE and INNS while working at Auburn University from 1982 to 2005. Educational background includes multiple degrees in Human Genetics, Mathematics (Analysis and Statistics), Simulation, and Computer Science and Engineering from Auburn University, along with early education completed at Auburn High School. Notable co-authorship with John L Johnson at SPIE occurred between 1997 and 1999.
