Paul B. Goodson

Paul B. Goodson, P.E., CAE, is a seasoned management consultant and executive leader with extensive experience in strategy, governance, and program management. As CEO and Executive Consultant at The Goodson Group, LLC since June 2004, Paul has supported clients across various sectors in refining business strategies and optimizing operations. Paul also holds significant leadership roles within professional organizations such as IEEE, where involvement includes serving on the Eastern North Carolina Section and as a member of regional and international committees. Additionally, Paul is the Chairman Emeritus of the North Carolina Executive Roundtable, provides vital governance for the American Red Cross, and has held leadership positions in multiple associations dedicated to advancing professional practices. Paul’s educational background includes a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a leadership development certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership.
