Benchmark Harris

Benchmark Harris is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles. As the Senior Executive Director at IEG Innovative Engineering Group since April 2024, Benchmark brings a wealth of expertise gained from previous positions, including Vice President of Engineering at Huckabee from May 2011 to April 2024, where responsibilities included defining architectural processes and standards for collaborative engineering. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at CHA Consulting from May 1997 to May 2011 and conducting research at The University of Texas at Austin's Construction Materials Research Group from 1992 to 1996. Educational background includes a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering, obtained from The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at Arlington, respectively.
