Monique Uzee

Monique Uzee is an experienced Executive Director in the senior living sector, currently serving at The Aspenwood Company since June 2023. Previously, Monique held similar roles at Frontier Management, LLC from May 2022 to July 2023, and at The Lodge at Pine Creek from March 2020 to March 2022, overseeing large start-up independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Monique also contributed as Executive Director at Heartis Conroe/Frontier Management from May 2017 to December 2019, and at Atria Senior Living between March 2015 and April 2017, focusing on independent and assisted living as well as memory care services. Prior to entering the senior living industry, Monique served as a Manager at Allergy and Asthma Associates from March 2006 to March 2015. Monique holds a Bachelor's degree in Life Science Pre-Med from Nova Southeastern University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
