Aja Garcia

Aja Garcia has a background in education and social services. With experience as a Learning and Development Manager at IEHP and previous roles as a Program Specialist and Trauma Informed Care Trainer & Coach at Riverside County Office of Education, they have a strong foundation in supporting providers and implementing trauma informed and inclusive practices. With a Master's degree in Social Emotional Learning and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Aja is dedicated to meeting the diverse social emotional and attachment needs of children. Prior to their current roles, they served as an Instructional Assistant and Childcare Worker at Hillview Acres Children's Home.
