Carissa Paw

Carissa Paw, MBA, currently serves as a Health Navigator at IEHP since December 2021, where responsibilities include screening individuals for behavioral health and social care needs, facilitating access to services, and providing comprehensive education in whole person care. Previously, Carissa worked as a Digital Communication Specialist, managing projects and vendor interactions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Communicable Disease Investigator at the California Department of Public Health and a Public Relations Intern at Pacific Union College, where writing focused on mental health and student challenges. Carissa also worked as a Mathematics Tutor at the Teaching & Learning Center. Carissa earned a Bachelor’s degree and an Associate of Science in Health Services from Pacific Union College.
