Chau le

Chau Le has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. They have held various roles in multiple healthcare companies. Chau Le started their career at Wellpoint in 1999 as a Project Manager and later became a Director of Product Development. In 2009, they joined Anthem, Inc. and served as a Staff VP of Product Development, Program Director, and Product Management Director, focusing on product strategy development and engagement with network providers. In 2017, Chau Le joined Molina Healthcare as the Director of Product Development, overseeing the QHP recertification process and managing a team of Regional Product Managers. They then joined Oscar Health in 2019 as a Senior Director of Plan Design, responsible for plan development. In 2022, Chau Le took on a new role at IEHP as a Senior Director of Commercial Products.

Chau Le earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdepartmental Studies with a focus on Philosophy from UCLA in 1994. Later, in 1996, Chau Le pursued a Master's degree in Public Health with a specialization in Public Health and Health Services from UCLA.
