Kashif Motlani

Kashif Motlani, CIC, CISR, CPIA, currently serves as the Director of Personal & Commercial Sales at Ansay & Associates since February 2021, focusing on core organic growth, strategic partnerships, brand marketing, technology, and the development of management and sales staff. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Sales - Personal Lines at AAA-The Auto Club Group from February 2013 to February 2021, where Kashif provided sales and operational support to over 80 independent agencies in Wisconsin and trained approximately 240 agency locations, achieving performance goals consistently. Additionally, Kashif earned the ACG Sales Excellence Line Leader Award during tenure as an insurance agent at AAA Insurance by exceeding goals and maintaining a low loss ratio. Earlier roles include sales at Carey Limousine of Wisconsin, managing corporate accounts, and serving as a Store Manager at RadioShack, overseeing recruitment and team management. Kashif holds a degree in Business Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College and graduated from Oak Creek Senior High School in 2005.
