Christopher Ferrier

Christopher Ferrier has extensive experience in process improvement and education within manufacturing and operational environments. Currently, Ferrier serves as a Board Member for The Association for Manufacturing Excellence and a Lecturer at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, teaching Lean Six Sigma concepts. As a Process Improvement Facilitator III at IEHP, responsibilities include enhancing team connectivity and fostering collaboration. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Manager at Clark Pacific, where significant labor efficiency improvements were achieved, and Manufacturing Engineer positions at Stanley Black & Decker and Haas Automation, contributing to substantial market share and sales growth. Ferrier holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Technical Studies and has a history of teaching and developing training programs in Lean methodologies.
