Lauren Woodson is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in quality management and performance improvement. Currently serving as the Manager of Provider Quality Incentives at IEHP since April 2018, Lauren oversees multiple Pay-for-Performance programs aimed at enhancing provider engagement and care quality for members. Previously, Lauren worked at Humana as a Quality Performance Improvement Consultant, focusing on the CMS Medicare Star Program, and held various roles in quality and systems improvement, including at SynerMed and McKinley Children’s Center. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of La Verne.
