Michelle Crandall

Michelle Crandall has extensive experience in healthcare and clinical systems management, currently serving as Supervisor of Quality Clinical Systems at IEHP since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Swedish Medical Center from 2007 to January 2019, where responsibilities encompassed workflow analysis as a Data Integrity and Workflow Analyst, troubleshooting account issues as an Account Analyst, and supporting departments during Epic go-live as a Revenue Specialist. Early career experience includes a position as Lead Service Coordinator at VCA Animal Hospitals from 2005 to 2007, facilitating communication between clinic management and staff. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and International Studies from Randolph-Macon College and a Master’s degree in Health Informatics & Health Information Management from the University of Washington.
