Philip Lo has a diverse work experience in various roles related to business continuity, environmental health and safety, emergency management, and hazard mitigation. Philip has served as the Director of Business Continuity at IEHP since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Kaiser Permanente for several years, holding positions such as Director of Environmental Health and Safety, Senior Emergency Management Consultant, Business Continuity Program Consultant, Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator, and Safety & Security Specialist. In these roles, they have been responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing and implementing safety programs, managing emergency preparedness and response activities, and coordinating environmental health initiatives.
