Vassilis Sambrakos

Vassilis Sambrakos is an accomplished writer and commentator with extensive experience in digital media and sports journalism. Currently serving as a writer and commentator for 24 MEDIA Digital Media Group since March 2025, Vassilis holds the position of Head of Sports at Digital Minds Ltd since January 2022. Additionally, Vassilis has been a sports commentator for OTE Group of Companies since September 2012 and offers self-marketing and communications mentorship in personal branding courses for sport coaches at IEK SVIE since October 2019. Previous roles include publishing consultant and blogger at Liquid Media SA, director at ΣπορFM 94,6, sports columnist at Live Sport, and columnist at SportDay. Vassilis' career began at Lambrakis Press S.A., where a director position was held from October 2007 to June 2011. Vassilis studied at the College of Journalism Studies from 1991 to 1993 after completing education at the 4th High School of Heraklion.
