Maqsood Ashiq

Maqsood Ashiq has worked in the software development industry for over 19 years. From 2001 to 2010, they were employed at Franek Computer Systems, where they began as a Software Engineer and progressed to a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Theirresponsibilities included coding/programming modules for projects, understanding software requirements, unit testing, and coordinating with the testing department. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at ikonami Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate Project Manager, where they were involved in development and maintenance of e-KSF, AT-Feedback, and AT-Community. Theirduties included assisting the Project Manager with system analysis and design, and helping to plan and develop project schedules. From 2010 to present, they have been employed at iENGINEERING Pakistan (Private) Limited as a Project Manager. Theirjob responsibilities include continuously refining and evolving the agile process for predictable and rapid software delivery, and implementing agile methodologies using the Scrum framework.

Maqsood Ashiq has a long and varied educational history. Maqsood obtained their M.Sc. in Computer Science from Bahauddin Zakariya University between 1998 and 2000. In 2005, they earned an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from CASE. In addition, they have obtained two professional certifications, a Professional Scrum Master from https://www.scrum.org and Agile Practices in Software Project Management from MCS, Rawalpindi.
