Hector Epardo

Hector Epardo has had extensive experience in the field of human resources. Hector began their career at Coca Cola Fomento Queretano in 1997 before moving on to roles at KIRCHHOFF Automotive and Brazeway, where they managed compensation programs and implemented organizational culture policies. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at HARMAN International, holding various positions such as Senior Director of Human Resources for Mexico and Central America. Most recently, they joined IENTC Telecomunicaciones as the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Hector Epardo received their Licenciado en Informatica degree from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro in 1994. Hector then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from UVM - IEDE from 2012 to 2014.
