Adam Beard

Adam Beard is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and wealth management. Currently serving as Managing Director at IEQ Capital since May 2023, Adam previously held the role of Managing Director and Wealth Manager at First Republic Private Wealth Management from May 2018 to May 2023. Prior to that, Adam spent eight years at Jefferies LLC as Senior Vice President in both wealth management and technology investment banking, contributing to 15 years of investment banking experience focused on financing and strategic advice for corporate and private equity clients. Adam's career also includes leadership positions at GCA Savvian, Arma Partners LLP, Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, and Prudential Securities, starting with an Analyst role in equity capital markets. Adam holds a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford and is an alumnus of Deerfield Academy.
